Hitachi DH18DL Rotary Hammer Drill
Hitachi never stops from exploring ways to make drilling jobs more powerful and highly convenient. Another great addition to their drill model sets is the Hitachi DH18DL. This new tool is engineered with the latest drilling technologies to set hole-creation and installation activities in their best performance. It is a simple toy packed with incredible features.
This green and gray toy weighs the lightest compared to other models of other drill brands, which means that it can be carried easily and can function accurately in hard to reach places. The color, make, and general design of this tool both perform function and sophistication.
The Hitachi DH18DL employs an advanced pneumatic mechanism that can generate impact energy of as much as 1 foot per pound. It is equipped with a two step control switch that can alternate the drilling speed. This SDS rotary hammer is also perfectly designed with safety mechanisms, like safety clutches that protect the user during unforeseen slipping, and a strike restrictor that does not allow hammering when the tool is idle and unloaded.
Battery life of this drill is incredibly long. The two Li-on 18 volt batteries use very minimal energy (about 3 amperes per hour) but generate maximum power. The charger works rapidly. Batteries can be fully recharged in 30 minutes to an hour, and for more than 1,000 times. Aside from this, the rotary hammer also includes a depth gauge and a belt hook. All of the Hitachi DH18DL items are packaged in one carrying case with nice arrangement layout. No tags for this post.
